The Lay-Z Liv-N condo complex, Unit 16, is a family owned condo located in Anna Maria Island's Bradenton Beach Florida.

This 2nd floor end unit is very light and cheerful in its decor. The 1st bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.  The sofa makes into a comfortable queen-sized bed.
