Welcome to our Lay-Z Liv-N Vacation Rental, located on laid-back Anna Maria Island in Manatee County with seven miles of sugar-white sandy beaches, and a relaxed Old Florida atmosphere with a style of its own.

This smoke-free rental unit is JUST 150 steps +/-  to the beautiful sunsets of Bradenton Beach.  Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, but a free trolley will take you from one end of the island to the other end, with a stop just around the corner. 

Annual temperature average is 74.8 degrees Fahrenheit.

Anna Maria Island is in the heart of  Florida's Fabulous  Suncoast.  Just 25  minutes from the  Sarasota-Bradenton  airport,  35  minutes from I-75;  1-1/2  hours  from  Tampa  airport  and 2-1/2 hours from  Disney  World  or Universal  City.
